Shipping
We offer standard, expedited, and overnight shipping options. You can select your preferred method during checkout.
Yes, you can place an
order with expedited shipping at an additional cost.
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
- Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (orders must be placed before 2 PM EST)
Yes, we can ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses, but only via USPS. Please note that delivery times may vary.
We only ship to Canada and the United States.
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $35.
If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please check with neighbors or your local carrier first. If it still cannot be located, contact us, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
If your order has not yet shipped, we may be able to update your shipping address. Contact us as soon as possible to request changes.
If your order is damaged during shipping, please contact customer service immediately. Include photos of the damaged item and packaging, and we will assist you with a replacement or refund.
While we strive to deliver on time, delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances. Please contact our customer service team if your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website.
